Taking
back life: the Earth, the Moon and Abundance
Following
Terra Madre, which helped us go a step further in our vision
of a new gastronomy that is more focused on the earth and its people,
Carlo Petrini has outline his vision for the future of Slow Food.
He hopes this document will serve as a foundation for concrete proposals
and ideas to be discussed and decided upon at the International Congress.
